Are your prices really competitive?
A:
You bet! We come in lower – on the same product -
and on the actual, final price - than ANY of our major
competitors. Just surf the web and compare.

? How do you do it?
A: We just keep it simple, and safe. Because we personally process
every order, we don’t have to pay the service fees for
internet shopping cart services. And because we limit our
basic product line, we don’t have to pass along the costs
required to market so many variations of the same basic
product.

? Why
do you offer only the Hunter Douglas Alternative Wood Blinds,
and not four or five other brands?
A: Several
reasons:
1) Quality
is a fundamental concern. We don’t have time to be dealing
with the problems inherit in off-brand blinds, and we don’t
want unhappy Customers.
2) Service
is extremely important. Our service to you has a lot to do
with the Factory that serves us. We know the Hunter Douglas
fabricators by face and by name, and they know us. When a
glitch occurs, it is resolved promptly and professionally.
3) Price
That’s the real reason you’re here, isn’t it? The Hunter
Douglas group offers absolutely the finest product for the
best price, bar none.
The entire
Hunter Douglas product line is graced with more attention to
finish, detail, design and quality than any other manufacturer
we’ve known thru the years. Simply put, the quality shows
and people notice.

? Do
you sell anything besides just the Hunter Douglas WoodMates
& Everwoods?
A: Yes,
actually we offer the entire Hunter Douglas product line. We
emphasize these two products because of the exceptional demand
for them.

? So, how do we do business?
A:
Thought you’d never ask! It’s really simple: determine the quantities and sizes you need, the color and options you want,
and contact us.
We’ll take your order by email, phone or fax. You can send us a check
(takes a little longer, though), or give us a valid credit card number
and ship-to address. We’ll need your signature approval by fax or
email, and your order will be processed immediately. Sorry, no COD’s. |

? How long should my order take?
A: Most
orders for WoodMates and Everwood blinds usually ship from the Factory (located right here in Houston,
where we can keep close tabs on everything) within 3 to 5 days
from day of order. Sometimes sooner, sometimes a little later,
but most orders are very very prompt. We try to keep you
informed about your order as accurately as possible.

? What if there is a problem with my order – a manufacturing
defect, or damage in shipment?
A: It does happen, but
not very often. The easiest thing to
do is just give us a call or email. If your blind is
defective, the Factory will issue a carrier Call Tag to have
the blind picked up, returned to the Factory, and replaced or
repaired. All in a timely manner. Freight damage is usually
noticeable when you receive the package(s). You are responsible to note – to the delivery driver
– any indication of damage, and you should refuse the order
if damage is apparent. Then be sure and let us know about it. A Factory replacement will be
re-shipped once damage is verified.

? What if I made a mistake in measuring, or in choosing the color?
Or, what if I decide I just don’t like the blind?
A: Sorry,
PriceriteBlinds.com is not responsible for
this type of problem. Your order is custom-manufactured
to your particular specifications, and cannot be returned for
credit or exchange. Custom orders cannot be cancelled. Please
double check your measurements, color and option choices. Be sure to pay close
attention to our measuring
information.
